1. Who we are
Digital Priority OÜ ("we", "us", "Digital Priority") is an Estonian private limited company, registry code 16644892, VAT number EE102571880, registered at Pärnu mnt 139e/2, 11317 Tallinn, Estonia.
We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. What we collect
Contact and migration-request data — when you email us, or ask about a free migration, we collect what you send us: name, company, email address, the site URL and host you tell us about, and the content of your message.
If you go ahead with a free migration or managed hosting, we additionally process the WordPress site data you authorize us to copy (database and files) as part of delivering that service — under the safety guarantee described on the Migrate page (your source site is only ever read, never written to). That processing is governed by the separate hosting/service agreement you enter into at that point, not by this marketing site.
Usage and technical data — log data, IP address, browser/device information, and cookies (see Section 6).
This site does not run a login, account, or self-serve dashboard — it has no OAuth integrations and requests no access to any third-party account.
3. How we use it
We use contact and migration-request data to reply to you, assess whether DPX-powered hosting is a good fit for your site, and — if you proceed — deliver the migration or hosting service you asked for.
We use usage and technical data to operate, secure, and improve this site, including fraud and abuse prevention. We never sell personal data and never use it for purposes unrelated to the request you made.
4. Legal basis
We process personal data under the following legal bases (GDPR Article 6):
- Contract / pre-contract steps (Art. 6(1)(b)) — replying to your enquiry, quoting or delivering a migration or hosting service you request.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — fraud prevention, service security, and product analytics, balanced against your rights and carried out with safeguards.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — optional analytics and marketing cookies, set through the cookie banner and revocable at any time.
You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal (see Section 5 and 6).
5. Processors & hosting
This site is hosted on infrastructure managed by Digital Priority and delivered via Cloudflare (CDN/DNS). If you proceed with a migration or managed hosting, the infrastructure DPX itself runs on is EU-based, matching Digital Priority's privacy posture — the specifics are set out in the service agreement for that engagement, not this policy.
Google Analytics (GA4). With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. Google LLC processes the resulting usage data as our subprocessor. No Google measurement cookie is set, and no data reaches Google, until you grant the "Analytics" category in the cookie banner — see Section 6.
International transfers. Where any subprocessor used to operate this site is located outside the EU/EEA, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses as the transfer mechanism.
6. Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies (security and your cookie preference) are always on and cannot be switched off.
Analytics and marketing cookies run only with your consent, set through the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. We use Google Analytics (GA4) under Google Consent Mode v2: the analytics tag loads on every visit, but it writes no cookie and sends no identifiable data until you grant the "Analytics" category — declining, or not choosing, leaves it fully inactive. No marketing or advertising provider is configured on this site as of this policy's last update.
7. Data retention
Contact and migration-request data is retained for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you proceed, for the duration of the resulting service relationship plus the period required by Estonian accounting and contract law after it ends.
8. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request rectification of inaccurate data;
- request erasure ("right to be forgotten");
- request restriction of processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or the supervisory authority in your own EU member state.
